The 4E Learning Model, founded on intervention research, pinpoints the most efficatious method for facilitating learning. The most effective method of learning is distributed over time; an entire process of learning instead of a single event. The phases in the 4E model include Excite, Experience, Execute, and Evaluate. Shipley designs all interventions around this model. Furthermore, lessons within an intervention also follow the research supported HIPA model. Lessons impact all types of learners by following the Hook, Instruct, Practice, Assess format. * To be able to teach this course, trainers must certify in 4 lenses.
